I would recommend calling in, they will need to look into the issue more. I had to call in and they went and checked and seen an Investigation going on.

It's nice to see you back in the Community. There could be several reasons why you're having issues with your bank downloads with PNC bank. To better assist you, what type of issues are you having with your downloads? Examples: (Error messages, missing transactions, duplicating transactions, etc)

They made me do this so thanks for tha help candice but it dont be working. After an hour on the phone with the rep, they finally was like OHHHH an investigation is going on. So dont try to just blame it on our browser, blame it on your horrible product.

Quick Books are behaving outrageously, blaming banks for their incompetence - mine is Co-op which never worked properly despite them selling me the product and claiming the bank was supported.
I am unsure who to make this scandal known to? Any ideas?
