Is it possible to import data from Freshbooks into Quickbooks?

QuickBooks Self-Employed is designed for a small business. That said, we can only import bank transactions using CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. You can check with Freshbooks if you can get a CSV file of your bank transactions.

Once you're ready to import, you can do it by clicking the Gear icon, Then, select Imports.

QBSE has limited feature to import data transactions from Freshbooks.
