We can log out and log back in to your QuickBooks Online account to refresh the connection between your browser and the Intuit servers. After that, we can reconnect your Bank of America account to QBO.
Furthermore, when you click a button and nothing happens, it indicates that pop-up windows are blocked. To troubleshoot this issue, please choose the appropriate browser to check for pop-up blockers here: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?
We can also log into your bank’s website to check for any updates or notifications that may impact the connection with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our QBO live support team to help you investigate further why you're unable to connect your bank and provide you with guidance on how to resolve this issue.
