We have a few options available to us to delete the bank transaction uploaded previously.
First, manually upload another bank transaction using a CSV file format to allow the disconnected account to appear on the bank feeds. Then, you can go to the Categorized tab and Undo the entire transaction. It'll now appear on the For review tab, and from there, you can Exclude the following data and Delete them afterward.
The second alternative is you'll need to go to the Bank Register and manually delete it from there. I can guide you on how:
The third option is to use a third-party application or a deleter tool. You can explore the QuickBooks App Store or look for one on the Apps menu.

it appears a bank was connected to my quickbooks account but the bank was never in my chart of accounts or register, i dont ever even recall seeing it listed in my connected banks, but recently when i looked in to the "manage connections" tab under "link accounts" it lists a bank there that says it is
XXX Bank

Welcome to the Community, @courtneykpickett. Accounts that appear in your Manage Connections are those related to the account connected to QuickBooks. If an account isn't showing in your Banking page or Chart of Accounts, it likely means it wasn't connected to QuickBooks initially.
Currently, the option to delete the account and account information directly is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, you can effectively remove these accounts by unlinking the connected account. Please note that this action will also delete all transactions in the For Review tab.
