Is there a way to contact Intuit with email instead of chat? I can't upload any .CSV files and there are import errors left and right.

(Darn. File upload failed. (Probably our fault.) Please give it another try. If you see this message again, you might need to contact us.)

We've got your back, @gabi-gaproductio

The available options for contacting us are through CallChat, and the Community website. It'll be my pleasure to help you here in the Community. I also have all the resources necessary to handle QuickBooks issues right here.

Are you trying to upload transactions to QuickBooks? You may have too much accumulated historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.

First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If you can upload the file, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.

If you're still unable to import it, ensure you have the format QuickBooks needs. You can upload CSVs in either the 3-column or 4-column format. Check out this article to see the columns and the order QuickBooks can handle: Format CSV Files.

Feel free to drop a comment below if you need further assistance with importing transactions. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Take good care.

Another option, use the trial version for csv2qbo converter to isolate the problem.
