Is there a way to delete multiple records from a bank feed before importing them and then be able to import them later?

Thank you for reaching out to the QuickBooks Community! To delete the records before importing, here's what to do:

1. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.

2. Select Chart of Accounts under Your Company column.

3. Find the bank account, then click View Register under Action column.

   
   4. Pick the transaction, then Delete.
   5. Hit Yes to confirm.

I have quickbooks desktop, I dont see a gear icon

For QuickBooks Dekstop, you can use the Ignore functionality to remove the imported transactions from the Bank Feed Center. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Bank Feeds, then choose Bank Feeds Center.
3. Click the appropriate bank or credit card account
4. Select Transaction List, then tick the checkbox of the transactions you want to remove.
5. From the Batch Actions drop-down menu, choose Ignore.
6. Select Yes to confirm the changes.
