Is there a way to tag multiple transactions instead of having to open each one and tag it individually?

At this time, you won't be able to tag more than one transaction at a time. If you'd like, I can submit product feedback to our product engineers so this can be considered in a new feature update.

That would be a great feature to have, especially being new and bringing in a lot of transactions that need to be reviewed.

You can also leave feedback at any time inside of your QuickBooks account. Here's how:

1. Choose the Gear icon at the top, the feedback.
2. Input your comments or product suggestions, then select Next.
3. Here they'll suggest Helpful articles related to your comment. You can read them or Skip and send message.
4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then choose to Send message.

Please add this feature.  Tags are becoming a useful tool

I can certainly understand how an ability for tagging multiple transactions could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.
 

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.
 

Here's how:

1. Access the Assistant utility.
2. Click I need help.
3. In your Type something... text box, enter "Feedback".
4. Press the Send button.
5. Choose Add a feature.
6. Use your text box to create the feature request.
7. When you're finished, hit Send.
8. Select Yes.

Your feedback's definitely valuable to Intuit. It will be reviewed by our Product Development team and considered in future updates.

You'll additionally be able to find many detailed resources about using QuickBooks in our help article archives.
