At present, QuickBooks Checking permits mobile deposits of up to $10,000 per check, with a daily deposit limit of $15,000 and a weekly limit of $30,000. Any deposits exceeding these amounts will need to be made directly through your bank.
Instead of splitting the deposit into two transactions, I'd recommend reaching out to our Live Payment Support team. They can provide more clarity on your account's specific deposit limits and discuss how you can increase your deposit limit.
