Is there any way to deposit a check that $10,000?

QuickBooks mobile check deposit limits typically average $10,000 per check, $15,000 per day, and $30,000 per week, depending on the customer's eligibility, Marton.

In your case, if you have a deposit limit of $15,000 daily, you might consider splitting the deposit into two transactions, so you don't exceed the average limit. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks mobile account.
  2. Select Cash Flow.
  3. From the QuickBooks Checking homepage, select Send Money.
  4. Select Deposit checks.
  5. Enter the half of the check amount.

If your limit didn't meet the amount of $15,000 per day, I suggest contacting our payments team. This way, they can discuss with you how you can increase your deposit limit.

I wanted to follow up to ensure the information I provided earlier is accurate, Marton.

At present, QuickBooks Checking permits mobile deposits of up to $10,000 per check, with a daily deposit limit of $15,000 and a weekly limit of $30,000. Any deposits exceeding these amounts will need to be made directly through your bank.

Instead of splitting the deposit into two transactions, I'd recommend reaching out to our Live Payment Support team. They can provide more clarity on your account's specific deposit limits and discuss how you can increase your deposit limit.

Feel free to reply if you have other concerns.

I'd think your bank would take any amount for a deposit. That's generally what banks and bank accounts are for.
