Under one holding company, there are several subsidiary, but they have all the same transactions.

Let's check first the Bank Register of each account. Check to see if there are any transactions not added in your QuickBooks. To do this, click the Banking tab, then select Banking. Next, tick (✓) the transaction, then under ACTION click Add.
However, if these transactions are duplicate and it downloaded, we have an ongoing investigation about this one. Our engineers are working to find the root cause of this issue.
As a workaround, you can exclude them from the Reviewed tab. Here's how:

And report to Quickbooks support team, they told me they are investigating now, because several customers have the same issue.
