Issues of data import

Thanks for the details, MZ153.

Let's check first the Bank Register of each account. Check to see if there are any transactions not added in your QuickBooks. To do this, click the Banking tab, then select Banking. Next, tick () the transaction, then under ACTION click Add.

However, if these transactions are duplicate and it downloaded, we have an ongoing investigation about this one. Our engineers are working to find the root cause of this issue.

As a workaround, you can exclude them from the Reviewed tab. Here's how:

  1. In the left panel click Banking, select Banking.
  2. In the Reviewed tab, select those duplicate transactions.
  3. Click Undo
  4. Go to the For Review tab.
  5. Put a checkmark () on those transactions.
  6. In the Batch actions drop-down, select Exclude Selected.

I'd suggest reaching out to our Phone Agents so your name will be added to the list of those affected users. Here's how to contact them:

  1. Click the ? Help icon, then Contact us.
  2. In the How can we help you with section, enter duplicate transactions as your keyword.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select either Call us or Message an Agent.
  5. Enter the necessary details.

Once a permanent fix is available, either my colleague or I will update this thread.

Please let me know if any of this fits your concerns. Thank you.
