You can reach them anytime if you are using the QuickBooks Advanced plan. They are also available from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT for QuickBooks Solopreneur, Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus.
