Welcome to the Community, Patrick.

I'll help you track the payment transaction that is not posted yet in your account.

Bank deposits for credit card payments take 1-2 business days, whereas bank transfers (ACH) take 2-7 business days. When your bank accepts the transactions, it will determine the deposit date. In this article, you can find additional information: QuickBooks Payments Deposits FAQ.

Meanwhile, you can track your transactions through the Merchant Service Center:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Service account.
  2. Click Activity & Reports and select Deposits.
  3. Use the Date fields to filter the data.

You can also check if the payment is in undeposited funds account. Unless you physically deposit the fund to your actual bank, the Undeposited Funds account records payments in QuickBooks. Most of the time, banks aggregate all of your deposits into a single transaction. After you have your deposit slip and know which payments your bank combined, you can do the same in QuickBooks.

Additionally, if you want to utilize instant deposits, you'll have the ability to swiftly transfer funds into your bank account within a span of less than 30 minutes. Then, you have the option to set up automatic scheduling for instant deposits. Note that you need a QuickBooks Payments account to get instant deposits.

For one-time instant deposit, you can get your money on the same day if you make the request before 3:00 PM PT. After that, it will be processed on the next day. You can request a deposit anytime.

You have the flexibility to utilize Instant Deposit up to a maximum of 5 times per day. Whether you wish to deposit as little as $1 or as much as $25,000 per day, the choice is yours. It's important to note that your limit resets on a daily basis.

Refer to this article for more information about instant deposit: Get instant deposits in QuickBooks Online.

You can check this article as your reference in making deposit from undeposited funds account: Deposit payments into the Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have additional questions about deposit time of the payments. I'm always here to help. Have a great day.
