I don't accept PayPal as a payment, so this is untested...
But PayPal does allow you to download your activity and one of the options is a QBs IIF file. So it should be pretty straight forward. (BACKUP before testing!)
If you don't have it already, create a PayPal "bank" account.
Go to PayPal and Activity and select the dates you want to download. Select the File Type of QuickBooks IIF and save the file to the desktop or wherever you want.
In QuickBooks, go to File; Utilities; Import; IIF and then select your PayPal file. I'm sure there will be some cleanup to make sure the right income and expense accounts are assigned to each transaction, but it should save a lot of time over individual entries.
