When you link your Square account to QuickBooks Online, deposits from Square will appear in the banking transactions tab of QBO. There's no need for you to delete the batch transactions on your bank page; what you can do is match the deposits to the sales receipt you created to avoid duplicates with your entries.

Consider having a 3rd party connector app to reconcile Square transactions into QBO.

I have multiple bank transactions that I would like to link to one Sales Receipt. Can you please advise. When I created the Sales receipts it doubled up the money in my account instead on linking it to old transactions

At the moment, QuickBooks Online (QBO) does not support linking multiple transactions to a single sales receipt. However, you can match numerous sales receipts to a single bank transaction. Here's how to do it:
