Lost connection from bank to QB on one account

Hello, @office147.


You can manually update your bank account to refresh its connection. Just click on the Update button on the Banking page. If you're getting any error codes, refer to this article to resolve them: Bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error


You can match and categorize your transactions, once it's already in QuickBooks.


If the transactions you just uploaded are older than your opening balance, you may need to edit your opening balance.
