Is the Lowe's 4Pros card not supported by QBO? The only Lowe's cards that show up in the drop box are
I connected my Lowe's 4Pros card using Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony). Haven't had any problems so far.
Hello, blackbirdinspect.
I'm chiming in to shed some light on connecting a Lowe's 4Pros account in QuickBooks.
It looks like Lowe's 4Pros card is under the same connection link. So, as mentioned by e_gonzalez, we can use Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony) to connect your 4Pros account.
In case you're having issues downloading your transactions, a number of fixes are found here: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
After connecting and downloading your 4Pros transactions, we can start categorizing them for your books.
When you're ready, I'll also add this article if you need help with your reconciliations: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if you have questions about managing your bank entries in QuickBooks. You're also welcome to post any other concerns you might have about your reports, tax forms, and more. I'm here to help.
I was on the phone for 30 minutes last night and another 45 today. They're telling me the issue is from QBO's end. We opened a ticket and she says there are hundreds of open tickets and complaints with this issue. I'm getting error code 103. I have no issues logging into my L4P account. Here are some of the things we did to try and solve this issue:
- Change user name and password
- Turn off ad-blocker and virus protection
- Clear cache
- Clear browsing history
- Restart
- Use a different browser (Chrome and Edge)
- Swear
Here is a list of items they gave me that could be the cause. Some I have no idea what it means and some probably don't pertain to this issue:
- Non-compliant characters
- QBO not formatting files correctly
- Non-compliant QBO
- No valid response
- Outdated QBO
- Damaged QBO file
- 3rd party App interference
- Files imported are corrupted
- Slow internet
I've been having the connection issues with my Lowes 4Pros card since March 30. I have used an incognito browser and tried connecting the card again. Neither has worked even after several attempts.
Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony) is under maintenance
Please try again later.
Hey there, @NoVA123.
Thanks for joining the thread and adding a screenshot.
Based on what you've shared, it seems that there's ongoing maintenance with your bank. This is the reason why you're getting a connection issue with Lowes 4Pros.
Let's try updating your bank from time to time until your connection is restored. You can also directly contact your financial institution to check if the maintenance is already done on their end.
Here's how to perform a manual update:
In case you get any specific error message during the connection, move to step 4 in this article to get a fix: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Alternatively, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Once they're in, you can categorize and match them so they'll go to the right accounts.
Feel free to reply if you have any other questions. I'm here as your number-one resource for QuickBooks Online. Have a wonderful week ahead!
I reached out to Synchrony's technical support and received this message back from them:

We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing while trying to use our Quickbook feature. Please note, we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. You can login to Synchrony through the Synchrony Client e-service site and download your statements to Quicken. However, at this time you will not be able to integrate your account information in real time with Quicken. We appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue."
