I'm using Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2023. It's a real PIA to match my downloaded transactions since I have to manually add 80 percent of them right now. I researched this and found several articles and videos referencing the ability to use different matching modes, and being able to setup match rules.
My Bank Feeds screen (screenshot attached) doesn't have any area where I can setup rules or select different preferences. What am I missing?

I know the possible reason why your bank feeds screen doesn't have an area where you can set up rules, AITAL. I'll also enlighten you on where you can select different preferences.
Based on the screenshot you provided, you're in Classic Mode. It's the reason why the rule button doesn't show up. You'll need to be in Express Mode or Advanced Mode for it to be visible and use this functionality. I'll add visual references below for your convenience.

Yes, this was the fix. Thank you. I'm still working on understanding the automated rules thing, it hasn't asked me to review any, but it does seem to be entering them correctly except for missing names on a lot of them.
I'm new at my company had to clear a long list of auto-created rules that were entering credit card transactions incorrectly. Now I'm creating new rules and wondering if there's any way I can print the list of rules I've created so I can review them with someone else?
