Missing transaction list

I'm here to share details and help you with the missing bank transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

After connecting your bank account to QBO, it will start downloading posted bank entries each day, which vary depending on your bank. Know, that pending transactions are excluded from this process.

If you can't find your most recent transactions, let's manually update the connection between your bank and QBO to get the latest one available. You can follow the steps below:

1. Sign into your QBO account.
2. Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
3. Choose the bank used in the banking tabs.
4. Click the Update tab on the upper right panel.

Furthermore, if your transactions still didn't show up, kindly check the three areas on the banking page: For Review, Categorized, or Excluded. If the transactions are not in the specified locations, let's review your account history, which contains all the transaction records of your bank account.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then choose Chart of Accounts under Your Company.  
2. Look for the bank account used and select View Register.
3. Search for the missing transactions. You can also utilize the Filter icon beside All to personalize the dates for easier browsing.

Moreover, kindly check your Uncategorized accounts if your missing bank transactions aren't in the Account history. To do that, follow Step 4 in this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in the QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, please know that most banks only download the last 90 days of transactions. Therefore, if your missing transactions pass that day, you can manually upload them to your QBO.
