Monzo banking won't connect to Self Employed

I bank with monzo, have done for a while. When I go to link bank account it goes through the app and does all the tm stuff it needs to but I never links to my self employed app... No matter how long I leave it or what I do... It never links. My monzo app says there is a connection with intuit but it never links. Where am I going wrong? Or can this resolved another way?

I'd appreciate additional information about this issue. When you try to connect to the bank, do you get an error message? This way, I can provide you with a resolution that fits your situation.

For the time being, you can perform some basic browser troubleshooting to improve and speed up your browser. You may be unable to connect to Monzo banking due to cookies and caches.

Here's how:
 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.
     

You can also use a private or incognito window to log into your account and connect with your bank. To open a new private window, use the following keyboard shortcuts:
 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N
     

Whether the problem persists, call your bank to see if they have an ongoing investigation or issue.

Your transactions download automatically after you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed. All you have to do is approve the way QuickBooks categorizes them. You may visit this page to learn more.

Monzo banking won't connect to Self Employed

Hi. Theres no error messages.. I use the self employed app and monzo app.. Through the SE app it switches to monzo for me to link it... I do my thing on the monzo app... Then it goes back to a black screen through the SE app... Nothing else happens. Monzo app says its linked but SE says it isn't...
