This can happen if the connection between your bank's website and QuickBooks is interrupted suddenly. We can update the Banking page manually.
1. In the Banking page, click the Update button.
2. Enter your Multi-Factor Authentication Credentials (MFA).
3. Click Continue update.
If it doesn't update your bank transactions, I'd recommend contacting your bank. They might have an ongoing page maintenance that's causing an interruption when updating the Banking page.
