Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If you can't still find the data, you need to manually import it from your bank. Another option, use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

My account is missing data for 9 months

Welcome to the Community, Mpolaris.

Let me guide you in locating your missing transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are two possible solutions that can address your concerns. First, if your missing transactions are related to banking, customizing the date into your specific date range - from 1/18/23 to 8/31/23 in the For Review tab will help you narrow down your transactions.

To do that, you can follow the steps below:

  1. On the left panel of your QBO account, select Transactions.
  2. Choose Bank Transactions.
  3. Click All Dates under the For Review tab.
  4. Tap the dropdown button in the Date tab, then pick Custom.
  5. Select a date that matches your missing transactions, then hit Apply.

If your missing transactions are from your Bank Register, you can modify the date based on the steps I'm providing below:

  1. Select the Gear Icon ⚙, then under Your Company and choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Look for your bank account and tap View register.
  3. Click the Filter icon beside All
  4. Tap the dropdown button in the Date tab, then pick Custom.
  5. Modify the date ranges by filling out the necessary information.
  6. When done, click Apply.

However, if you can't still find your missing transactions, I recommend manually uploading them to your QBO account.

Once you have found your missing transactions, check out this article that tackles reconciling your accounts in QBO: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
