Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, lorajanesvintagethings. Let me go ahead and assist you with your missing transactions.

When you first connect your bank, it can only download 90 days of transactions. However, it depends on the bank on how many days or months you can download.

One way we can correct this is to upload a CSV file coming from your bank. You can download the CSV file from your bank's website. Let me guide you through how to upload the file to QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Bank transactions.
  2. Select the link account drop-down and choose Upload a file.
  3. Select or drop the CSV file.
  4. Select Continue and follow the instructions on the screen.

QuickBooks Online only takes files in CSV, QFX, QBO, OFX, or TXT format.

For reference, if you have an Excel file format, you can review the attached article: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Moreover, let me share these articles to assist you with your bank transactions in the future:

If you have further questions about your bank transactions, please reply to this thread or create a new post. Have a wonderful day and take care!

@lorajanesvintagethings

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
