I'm here to provide insight on how you can manually enter your transactions, Aksurface.

To enter your transactions manually, you'll need to open an account register.

To do that:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of Accounts.
  2.  You can also select Chart of Accounts from the Transactions tab in the MENU  dropdown.
  3. Find the account register you want to review.
  4. Select View register from the Actions column.

Now you can procced to add transactions, here's how:

1. At the top of the list, click on the dropdown menu and select Add journal entry, Add check, or Add deposit.

2. Choose the type of transaction you wish to add.

3. Complete the required fields for the transaction.

4. Once finished, click on Save.

Moreover, here’s a reference to get more insights about adding transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Also, you can check this article to learn more how to reconcile transactions: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
