May I know what specific financial institution are you having issues with? We haven't received any similar cases reported to us. However, we can run a manual update to refresh the connection between your bank and with QuickBooks.
From the left menu, select Banking.
On the Banking page, select Update.
If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.
If the same thing happens after trying the manual update, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and has specialized tools to check on what's causing the issue.
