Hi there, @revmvelliott. I'm here to ensure you get the most updated bank transactions.
Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. First, ensure that you've selected the appropriate filters to display all entries.
Here's how:
- Go to the Transactions page.
- Select All to the following filters:
- Review your transactions
If you can't find them, you'll want to manually update your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). It helps re-establish the connection between your bank and QBSE.
- Go to the Gear icon at the upper right.
- Select Bank accounts under Transactions.
- Click Refresh all.
If it's still missing random months and getting the same error message when uploading a CSV file, you may have too much accumulated historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
- Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
- Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
- Safari: Command+Shift+N
If the upload goes through, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
Finally, review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts.
Be sure to keep in touch if you need more help with managing your bank feeds. We want to ensure this matter gets resolved. Have a good one, @revmvelliott.
