Join nowHi there, @kera-bullardinve. I'm here to guide you on how to handle this issue when logged in to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
I'd appreciate more details regarding the error name you've received. This way I can assess if we still need to perform basic troubleshooting steps. However, if the error leads to a VPN issue, I'd recommend contacting our Intuit Product Developers. They have the tools to check further what other VPN you can use without being disconnected to QBO and still be able to log in to your bank account.
To reach out to our Developers, you can check out this page: Intuit Developer Support. Click on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) box, then press Ask a Question. You can let them know about the VPN that has been used to connect and what is the possible workaround aside from performing browser troubleshooting steps.
You can also move to the Articles tab for additional help on Intuit Developers.
Post a reply if you have other questions about QBO. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Take care!
Explore MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
