However, if the error leads to a VPN issue, I'd recommend contacting our Intuit Product Developers. They have the tools to check further what other VPN you can use without being disconnected to QBO and still be able to log in to your bank account.

You can let them know about the VPN that has been used to connect and what is the possible workaround aside from performing browser troubleshooting steps.
