My bank transactions are not showing up but qb is showing that my accounts are connected.

I'm wondering if I have settings messed up. I go to update my chase accounts, everything seems to work fine, then it takes me to a screen to choose a different name for accounts and whether they're business or personal or mixed, and I get an error. Then no transactions appear.

When your bank is connected but transactions aren’t showing up, one possibility is that your bank could be undergoing maintenance, which can temporarily disrupt the connection, Smith. This could explain why your Chase account updates but doesn’t show transactions and why you’re seeing an error screen even though the account is connected.

You can verify this by logging in to your Chase bank account’s website. Additionally, please note that clicking the Refresh button in the Transactions menu could help download your most recent transactions.

Another consideration could be the account settings in QuickBooks Solopreneur. If you’re prompted to designate accounts as personal, business, or mixed, please ensure the selected account type matches how the accounts were originally set up in QuickBooks. An incorrect account type selection could potentially cause errors or prevent transactions from being downloaded.

If you can log in successfully through your bank’s website, could you provide more details about the specific error code or message you’re receiving? If possible, sharing a screenshot of the prompt would also be helpful for troubleshooting.
