Welcome to the Community, @lizzie36.
I wanted to share some insights with you to ensure that the transactions from your bank are resolved so you can get back to business efficiently.
Your financial institution may be conducting system maintenance, or there may be notifications on their website that require your attention. This is one of the reasons why your transactions aren't downloading into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
To fix the error, we'll manually update the connection. Here's how:
If the issue continues, we recommend logging in to your bank's website for notifications or contacting their support for further assistance.
Additionally, you can retrieve older transactions directly from your bank and manually import them to your online account using a CSV file.
Once the transactions are in, you'll need to categorize them to ensure they are assigned to the correct line of your Schedule C.
Let me know whenever you have more concerns with your transactions in QuickBooks Self-employed. We're always around to assist you further. Stay safe and well!
