My credit card transactions have stopped automatically downloading to my quickbooks' register for my credit card, so the debits/charges are not syncing with my payments.

When I hit Update when I'm in my account within QB, nothing new gets downloaded

Hello there, Kristin.

Thank you for sharing the steps you've already tried to manually update your transactions. Let's go through a few additional troubleshooting steps to restore the connection between your credit card and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin, did you encounter any error messages when you clicking Update in the Banking section? This information can help us pinpoint the root cause of the issue.

Since the manual update is not working, please log into your bank's website directly. Check for any messages, notifications, alerts, or maintenance notification that might explain this connectivity issue.

If the issue continue, I recommend manually uploading your bank transaction to avoid delays and keep your books up to date.

After the syncing issue is resolved, transactions will automatically download again. To avoid duplicate entries from previously uploaded data, exclude them to prevent redownloading.
