My CSV files will not import, what do I do?

I am trying to add past transaction information and and getting an error message to the affect of "Darn! Try again." What do I need to change?

My CSV files will not import, what do I do?

Let me walk you through this, Danzil.

When importing CSV files, ensure they are under 350 KB and contain fewer than 1000 rows. If the file is too large, download transactions in smaller timeframes.

If you've already performed it, know that a full browser cache can cause problems with online applications. With this, I recommend performing browser troubleshooting to boost performance and free up storage.

See these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Once you open a private window, log into your QBSE account and try importing again. If successful, clear your browser's cache to improve performance and minimize technical issues. Exploring other supported browsers can also be beneficial.

Furthermore, consider regularly categorizing your online bank transactions to streamline financial tracking and improve business decision-making.

If additional help is needed, please let me know.

@danzilandproductions

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same errror persists, use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround.
