my file upload keeps failing and says error importing. how do i fix this

Hello, sherinezahra34. Import errors usually occur due to file formatting issues. To help me provide you the best fix, could you please provide the specific error you're encountering? Are you uploading bank transactions or a list like customers or products?

In the meantime, please check your file format by removing any special characters and ensuring all of your dates are in the same format (for example, 15/05/2024). You should also ensure the columns match the required import format and that the file is saved as a CSV. You can use this article to guide you with the formatting: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions.

Aside from that, if your file is very large, try splitting it into two smaller files, as QuickBooks has a size limit for certain types of uploads.
