Let's make sure that all transactions are listed in your account to maintain an accurate bookkeeping record, vt-valleytranspo.

Most of the banks only shares the last 3 months worth of banking transactions if it's your first time adding it in QBO. This can be the reason why there's no transactions for the month of December.

You can ask or download a CSV copy of your transactions from your bank's website for the month of December. Then, import it in QBO using these steps:

  1. Go to the Banking or Transactions menu, then proceed to the Banking tab.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the drop-down list beside Link account , then select Upload from file.
  4. Select Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click Next.
  5. Select the account you want to upload the transactions into and click Next.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then, select Next.
  7. Select all transactions that you want to import. Then, select Next.
  8. Click Yes, then select Let's go.
