I'm glad to see your post,@katnjames9. Let me assist you in managing your transactions in QuickBooks Self-employed (QBSE).

Yes, you can locate these duplicate transactions and then delete/exclude them. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Go to the Transactions menu.
  3. Select the Type dropdown and then Excluded.

Check this resource for additional details if you prefer to use a mobile phone: Exclude or delete transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If you're having difficulty tracing those duplicates, disconnect the account from which the transactions were downloaded and start over. Take note that this action will remove all duplicates, including the categorized transactions. Afterward, you can refer to this article to guide you in reconnecting your bank account: Reconnect your bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Additionally, here's a helpful resource that you can use as a guide to ensure your transactions are categorized in line with your Schedule C: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let us know if you have other banking questions. I'm always here to assist. Take care.
