As I was working in my bank account register, the running balance disappeared, It only shows NA, where did it go?

The first thing I can suggest is to refresh your browser. If the issue persists, open your browser's private window. It allows you to isolate the cache, which is the common cause of unusual behaviors.
If that works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, open an alternative browser that's available for you.

This just happened to me. My client is behind and I am verifying a couple years worth of bank balances and reconciliations. I was finally able to verify against the first statement, and now my running balance is GONE. I work a lot of nights. So I can't function until tomorrow? I've tried all of the above - It did nothing.

I see you tried to resolve this issue by following the troubleshooting steps outlined above. Let's go over some details and make sure everything is in your register.
If the running balance doesn't show up, it is because it is being sorted by something other than the date. If you click on the Date column with the drop-down arrow, you should be able to sort the list and restore your running balance.
Also, when you click the Gear icon in your register, make sure to select Running Balance from the Column options.
