No Answers Being Given

I’m about to be in tears. I’m trying to get a manager, SOMEONE to help me! I can’t get no answers from the agents it’s been seven days. My payments from my clients are being withheld because they say my account was frozen it’s not. I uploaded the documents trying to get to collections I’m so frustrated I just need someone to help me that’s all I want this his so horrible the worst experience. If there is a manager out there please call me. Again it’s day SEVEN I’ve still have not gotten my situation handled I need help. [removed]

@Cwilson1115   First of all, it's not safe, nor smart to post your phone number here.  You are opening yourself up to fraud.  

Second, a LOT of people are having their accts frozen.  Sadly, no one with QB/ Intuit really seem to help them.  All they can do is wait until they can collect it from the sate they live in.  

(I think that takes 6 months or something)  

 

If you use the Search bar at the top of any page here in the community, you will be able to find multiple threads from those that are in the same situation that you are in.  

 

I would recommend contacting and filing a complaint with the BBB.  

The more complaints the better. 

 

Someone that works for Intuit will be along shortly to pretend that they are helping you.  They will tell you to contact Intuit/ QB, which I'm sure you have already done.  Contacting them again won't get you anywhere.  File the complaint with the BBB.  That's your best bet.  If you have an attorney, contact them.
