If your bank data isn’t uploaded to QuickBooks Online (QBO), check your bank’s website for any alerts or required actions like confirming your identity, updating your password, or agreeing to new terms.
This may happen due to security updates, maintenance, or login issues. Once resolved on your bank's side, you should be able to reconnect to QBO without any problems.

Also, QBO only downloads transactions after they’re fully processed and posted by your bank. It won’t import pending or in-progress payments. If the transactions are new, it’s a good idea to wait a day or two for them to show up before starting any troubleshooting.
