If it's now working well, go back to their regular browser and then, clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files and improve your browsing experience. Switching to other supported browsers can also help resolve this issue.

I have this problem too. I have two different companies and the accounts are meeting from one company but are there for the other company. It only affects the deposits my accounts are there for checks. Everything was okay yesterday.
Same issue here--there are no drop downs in the data table under the "Account" header--didn't this used to be called "Category?" In the drop down it asks if you want to "See and add more categories." If you click on this it opens another box where you can search and find your categories/chart of accounts--but that's way too many clicks to get to the data you want to assign to the deposit. I have over 100 deposits to enter, each with an average of 4 data table lines for different categories/chart of account--this will take forever.
This was working 02/21/23 and it is NOT WORKING 02/22/23.
Spent an hour with online chat support and they could not even understand the problem.
Someone obviously changed the code and created the problem--how long to fix it is the BIG QUESTION.
None of these suggestions, including trying other browsers and other computers fixed the problem.
Even if you take the extra clicks to search for your category/chart of account, you have then select it, and it will populate the table field--but in the wrong font. Then after you complete the table line with the amount, the font changes to match the other table fields.
This has to be a programming error.

Intuit correct the problem today. Not sure if they corrected the error or rolled back the update.
