I have a 6 months period where no transactions are shown in quickbooks (july 12 2024 to Jan 11 2025), how can I recover those?

You can manually import older transactions to categorize them in QuickBooks Self-Employed, Iordache. I'll provide some insights and outline the steps below.

When you connect your bank for the first time, QuickBooks automatically downloads your transactions up to a certain date. The industry standard is 90 days. For older transactions that aren't showing up, you have the option to manually upload them. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Profile icon and choose Imports.
  2. Click Import transactions.
  3. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the file.
  4. Hit Import.

Additionally, you can categorize the downloaded entries to ensure they align correctly with your Schedule C.
