Let's perform some troubleshooting steps so you'll be able to reconcile your Capital One credit card account.
First off, let's try updating your credit card account from the Banking page. Here's how:
Once done, try to reconcile the account again to double-check.
If the same thing happens, let's try logging in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser. If it works, go back to your original browser and clear your browser's cache to clean some stored data.
If the issue persists after performing the steps, I'd suggest contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can further investigate this matter and create an investigation ticket if other users are experiencing the same.
