No, I did not get the issue resolved. I have called 3 different days and kept getting shuffled around. The last day I called, I was on hold for well over an hour to be disconnected. I called back twice trying to reconnect with the young lady I was talking to. No return call yet.

I did receive a email from Kate Dustin telling me I needed to call a certain number for help. I called the number and talked to a guy and he said that I would have to pay to talk to someone. I was told during  the last call that there were a couple of other cases with the same issue I had and that they were trying to find a solution. A possible glitch???  Why do I need to pay to talk to someone in order to get a resolution which could possible be a glitch. I am planning on calling back today at some point to see if I can get this resolved. All the time I have spent on hold over the past few days has made me lose phone calls coming into my business, jobs lost.....
