Paragon (Towne Bank) no longer downloading transactions in QBO. Have disconnected account, however it will not reconnect with proper credentials. Any known issues?
Thank you for the suggestion, but it was a connectivity issue with the banking platform and QBO. Towne Bank helped to fix the issue. When you click "Add Account" in Banking, there was a new banking URL option (TowneBnk Business Online Banking) that worked. The old Paragon Bank -Towne Bank link no longer works. Hope that helps someone else!
It's good to hear that you can now download your transactions into QuickBooks Online. I'm grateful that you took the time to provide us with an update on the steps that you've tried to fix this out. This will surely benefit other users.
