Good Evening, @davidaztj.
I see how this can put a halt in running your business. It's my priority that you're able to finish your reconciliation. Your payments section of your reconcile can be off because of missing payments that you haven't selected, haven't entered, or transactions that you don't need to choose.
The easiest way to find the issue is by narrowing your search and eliminate what you know is correct. Physically mark the transactions on your bank statement that match QuickBooks. You now know that these aren't the source of the problem because they are correct. Now you need to either enter a transaction that isn't in QuickBooks or find the ones that aren't on the bank statement. You may have missed a transaction on a past reconciliation, or created duplicates by mistake. Here's an article that can help you out:
If you still see a difference in the payments section, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll be able to look over your account and transactions by a screen share to help resolve the issue.
Should you need further assistance, don't hesitate to ask. I'm only a post away. Wishing you continued success!
