Hi,
I recently re-sync, my QuickBooks and Shopify with onesaas. I am now having issues. The payouts are displaying in chart of accounts, but are not displaying in banking. Can someone please specify how I fix this?
Please ask them specifically why payouts aren't| |displaying in the Banking.
Hi, weslaughton.
I've got some troubleshooting steps for you to perform to get around this issue and display your Shopify payouts on the banking page in QuickBooks Online.
There are times when too much historical data from the browser causes discrepancies that affect your QuickBooks performance. That said, I'd recommend logging into your account using a private window. Thus, it doesn't use the existing cache files that can help us determine if this is a browser-related issue.
You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open a private window, depending on your browser:
If the payouts are already showing up on the banking page, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Alternatively, use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the results.
If the issue persists, I'd advise contacting Shopify support. It ensures that your Shopify with onesaas is properly synced and mapped in QBO. They have tools to evaluate further and provide potential solutions. You can find their updated contact information on their page.

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me; I appreciate it. I tried to do all of these steps and I can still not view the payouts in the banking section for review. They are only listed in the chart of accounts. The issue is not with syncing as they are syncing to QB but not the banking area. OneSAAS told me to contact QB online. Is this correct? Thanks, Wes
I just reached back out to OneSaas and they said they have synced it correctly with Connector since it is displaying in chart of accounts. Can you please let me know if there is another way I can try to resolve this? Thanks, Wes
There is nothing wrong with your Connector account, if you can see the payouts by going to the |Chart of accounts, it is |clear that we synced the payouts successfully in your QuickBooks Online account.
The issue here is why QuickBooks Online is not displaying the payouts in the Banking page for reconciliation/match.
Have you tried updating the Banking page?
In your Quickbooks account, go to Banking, then click Update (upper right side).
I want to ensure this is taken care of, @wes.
