Print deposit slip

You can do this using your computer's web browser, Yia.

At this time, printing the deposit slips and other transactions is not supported on the QBO mobile devices. I'd suggest logging in to your QBO account using a browser on your computer to do this task. You can either use Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.

Here's how to print a deposit slip:

  1. Select the Plus icon (+) on the Toolbar.

  2. Under Other, select Bank Deposit.

  3. In the Bank Deposit window, select the customer payments you want to deposit.
  4. Select Print and specify whether to Print deposit slip and summary or Print deposit summary only. You can also select Setup and alignment to check your print alignment.
  5. Select Print either from the floating toolbar on the Preview page, or from the toolbar on the separate Preview window. If the preview appears blank, or prompts you to manually download the PDF file, then download the PDF file, open it, and print it from there.
  6. Close any open previews or print windows when you are finished printing.
  7. Select Save and close.

Here's an article for more details about printing deposit slips in QBO.

You can also suggest this idea to our developers. We constantly update the program, and this option might get a chance of being added soon. Please share your feedback by opening this site: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/.

Print deposit slip

Thank you.  Unfortunately I’m up a creek because my computer is being repaired and I have to get my books done but I am not able to use the iPad to work properly.  The app is so so useless, I cannot even print or view any reports I need.   I went to online so I could still work if computer unavailable.   I guess I was wrong and made a huge mistake

Print deposit slip

Hi there, @yia,

Thanks for getting back to the Community.

Intuit strives hard to meet our customer's accounting needs by developing tools to make QuickBooks easier to use. While the option to print deposit slips on QuickBooks mobile applications isn't available at the moment, it would be best to follow what my buddy @SophiaAnnL suggested.

Sending your suggestion to our developers helps them understand where we can improve and what features should be added so we can better serve you. In order for them to account your suggestions, please follow these steps on your QuickBooks mobile app:

  1. Click on the hamburger menu icon at the top.
  2. Scroll down and select Help & Feedback.
  3. Select App Feedback.
  4. Enter your product request and click Next.
  5. Enter your Email and Name.
  6. Choose Category and select Feedback.
  7. Click Send and Close.

That should do it, @yia.

In the meantime, you can log in to your QBO account on your Apple device' browser so you can continue printing your deposit slips and transactions. You'll only need to make sure you're using a compatible printer to avoid printing issues.

Thank you for your willingness to help Intuit improve our products and services. Please feel free to reach out to the Community anytime. You got me here to get things figured out for you. Best regards!
