Hi! I'm having trouble setting up the linked bank account in the initial account set up. I need to pull all bank transactions from 2021 but it only allows me to pull transactions from 11/9/2021. Is there another way I can do this? I need to reconcile all my business transactions from 2021 to get ready for tax season. I'm new to bookkeeping and Quick books and trying to organize my data from last year before filing.
You have to ask the file or download it from your bank portal to import it manually into your QBO account. Otherwise, utilize MT Online as a workaround. It is designed to import into any bank or credit card in QuickBooks Online, so there is no specific setting needed.
