I posted a deposit twice, and applied the payment to two different invoices for the same customer. I deleted one deposit, but the payment is still applied, and the deposit in pending in the Record Deposit field. How do I delete the payment, and also delete the pending deposit?

Let's delete the payment and remove the pending deposit, @KL135.
When you select the deposit within the account register, the Delete Deposit option will show on the Edit toolbar to remove the entry.
Also, the payment applied to invoices will show in the Undeposited Funds account. To delete the applied payment, you can open the transaction and use the Delete Line option instead.
