QB Desktop Pro 2023 with Subscription, cant link Venmo

I have seen a couple posts where it says go to transactions or banking on the side.  My Banking is on the top an when I go to bank feeds to add an account it says "put in your bank name" and Venmo isnt there. The quality of quickbooks has gone down so much from 2000. Quickbooks just doesnt work for me and I have busy business, you would think it would work right.

QB Desktop Pro 2023 with Subscription, cant link Venmo

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you can link your Venmo account in QuickBooks Desktop, cynprice.

In QuickBooks Desktop, you’ll have to connect the actual bank or credit card to the bank feeds where transactions from Venmo are posted. This way, you can bring them into the account.

Another option is to look for a connector to integrate your Venmo account in QBDT. To be guided on what app to use, I can walk you through the steps to find one that suits your business need.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to this link: desktop.apps.com.
  2. Enter  an app in  Find Applications search box, then click Search.
  3. Click Learn More.
  4. Click again the Learn More green box and download the connector.

Moreover, you can also manually import transactions via IIF files. To learn more about the process, check this article: IIF Overview: import kit, sample files, and headers.

You can post a reply at any time if you need more help managing your Venmo transactions or any other related concerns. I'll be glad to help.
