QB nonprofit user. I entered donations from specific donors, then deposited the checks together. How do I match the deposit downloaded from the bank to these donors?

Let me help you enter the sales transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you manually entered a donation using sales receipt and then entered a deposit in QBO, it'll create a duplicate transaction. You can enter it using a sales receipt and the Undeposited Fund account. Then, go to the Bank Deposit screen and batch deposit the sales receipt.
To enter a Sales Receipt:
Click the Plus sign icon, then select Sales Receipt.
Enter the needed information.
Select Undeposited Funds under the Deposit to box.
Click Save or Save and close.
To record a bank deposit:
Click the Plus sign icon, then choose Bank Deposit.
