Hi there, @kingcohandymanse.
Before anything else, we want to ensure we're giving you the correct information. Are you trying to reconnect your bank account and its subaccount? Or import bank transactions using CSV files inside QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This way, we can provide the necessary steps to help you resolve this situation.
Don't hesitate to comment below or visit the Community space so we can respond as soon as possible. Keep safe and have a good one.
We have 1 checking account and a business credit card account at B of A. The business cc has an Alpha/parent account number and a child account number for the credit card used. All three of those are linked to QBO and import automatically. We recently added another child account/card, and QBO is not finding that account at B of A and not importing the transactions. I know how to export a CSV file, but I'm trying to avoid doing that for this account since I already import for a few other business cards.
Thank you for providing us more information about your concern, kingcohandymanse.
QuickBooks Online is basically dependent on what your bank shares with us. Thus, we have no control of the exact transactions that can or cannot be downloaded within the Banking page.
Based on the details you've given, we are dealing with a parent-child accounts in the Banking page. With that setup, we can't connect both parent and subaccounts. We can only recommend to create two subaccounts where the bank transactions flow separately. You can check this article to see the details: About bank or credit card subaccount setup.
If you have followed the setup and still got the same problem, I'd recommend contacting your financial institution. They can give you further instructions on how to get through with this. You can also view this link if you encountered bank error within the Banking page: What to do if you get a bank error or can't download transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Lastly, you can reach out to our support if you get a confirmation from your bank that everything is working fine on their end. Our support will be able to review your situation further.
Though you are already familiar with the importing process, I'll just share these links for your reference wherefore:
Keep in touch with us so we'll be updated of your situation until its settled. We'll be here for you!
I've already followed the steps you recommended, was just hoping to find a similar experience in this forum. Answers to your questions in bold below:

Sub-accounts already created. QBO just does not show new child account as an available option to import.

Lastly, you can reach out to our support if you got a confirmation from your bank that everything working fine on their end. Our support will be able to review your situation further. Support has sent this to engineering.
