I am using the online version of Quickbooks. Everything was synced just fine until June. The program became "un-synced" with my bank account. Now when I try and update my dashboard it says I have to log into my bank website and complete some sort of enrollment. I can not find any such enrollment to comeplete.
Need some guidance please

This is probably because your bank changed the way they are syncing with QBO. Here is what you should try:
1. Make sure you can access your bank account via a log in ID and password on your bank website.
2. Disconnect the bank in QBO by going to the chart of account, edit account, click "disconnect and save." Your bank account should be unconnected on your dashboard.
3. Click "connect" on the dashboard and follow the prompts.
4. If that does not work, contact your bank for more help.
5. If you manage to reconnect but not all the data appears since the last connection was in June, you may have to enter the data manually or use the "file upload" function.

Thank you so much. I tried it and it appeared as though it wanted to work but my bank is apparetnly having issues. I appreciate your info!
you can always go to the banks website & download the file & from within QuckBooks you can upload the file.
I just got off the phone with QuickBooks AND Quicken. USAA, the bank that handles one of our Visas, stopped syncing with QB. HOWEVER, they still sync with Quicken.
It looks like there's some kind of payment not being made that is causing banks to stop syncing with QB. If banks weren't syncing with anyone, I wouldn't mind, but unless someone can explain why Quicken is more trusted than QB, I am asking for a true explanation of why we are being blocked from using this software as it was intended, and what Quicken is doing differently that allows the banks to be over their "security concerns" when it comes to syncing with them.
I didn't even know until this phone call that Quicken split from Intuit.
Hello there, @stockdale.
The possible reason why the bank stop syncing with QuickBooks is that the system has constantly updated. To fix this, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to sync your bank account with QuickBooks.
Let's update your bank account to isolate this issue. Here's how:
I've got you an article for your reference: How to Manually Update Bank Accounts.
Then, if the issue persists after the manual update, you can read this article for more troubleshooting steps: Fix Online Banking Errors in QuickBooks Online.
In case you still get the same result, I encourage contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care. This way, they can investigate further why your bank account stopped syncing.
Please feel free to get back to us if you have other questions managing your bank account. We're always here to help.
My USAA connection dropped and I kept getting Error 103 when inputing the correct credentials. Today is 31 Mar 2020
Solution: I got my USAA account to reconnect by clicking Connect another account as if I were adding a new account. The initial 'login to your bank' window popped open, and I authorized Intuit to access my USAA account again.
I'm in! And I didn't lose my transaction data!
I am trying to Add my USAA Credit Card and when I try to Find the Bank the list doesn't bring up USAA? Is there something else I need to type in or another way to do this?
Let me help you add your USSA Credit Card account into QuickBooks Online (QBO), JenniWill.
Aside from searching the bank using its name, you can also use the bank's URL. From your bank's website, copy the URL and paste it in the search field when connecting your bank account.
Just follow the steps in this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. Then, go to Step 1: Connect a bank or credit card account section to enter the bank's URL in Step 3.
If the same thing happens, let's try other versions of your financial institution that are listed in QBO. You can check out this article for the detailed steps: Find your bank account when you connect to online banking. Then, proceed to Try other listed versions of your bank name section.
If you still can't see it, it's possible that your bank isn't supported to link with QBO. In this case, we can send a request to add your bank to the list of supported financial institutions. When you see the Request support for your bank button, click it and enter the bank's URL before hitting Request. You can also refer to the steps provided in Request support for your bank section in the article I've provided.
In the meantime, manually upload the bank transactions into your account. Then, match and categorize the downloaded data.
I've got a link here that provides you with articles about managing Online banking: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/banking/07?product=QuickBooks%20Online.
