QuickBooks uses these details to match expenses to a bank or credit card account already set up in your Chart of Accounts, ensuring your books are correct. If it's a new payment method, QuickBooks asks you to confirm the proper account or allows you to create a new one.
To fix this, please ensure the account details you enter are of a Bank or Credit card type. If you've verified that the Account type is correct, we can try logging in to different QuickBooks-supported web browsers and clearing Intuit-specific cookies for a smooth compatibility experience.
